While allocations for high-demand products like the Switch 2 are to be determined, we strive to make these opportunities accessible to all our partners. New hardware launches always come with limited allocations, and we strive to accommodate all accounts fairly based on the following criteria:

Brand Engagement: Priority is given to accounts that have a proven track record of supporting Nintendo’s product lineup, which includes all new releases and catalog restocks.
Overall Business Performance: Accounts demonstrating consistent engagement and purchasing across all product categories, including but not limited to Nintendo items, are given consideration.
Order Frequency: Accounts that place routine smaller orders throughout the year are very important to Vast Inc and appreciated. We strive to ensure that all customers, regardless of size, have the opportunity to benefit from product allocations.

We appreciate your understanding as we will work to ensure a fair allocation process for the Switch 2 launch. Our goal is to support accounts that maintain a strong and ongoing relationship with Vast Inc. and the Nintendo brand.

Additionally, as long as any allocated items are part of an ongoing SKU (such as the Switch 2 console) and not a limited one-time release, we will continue to distribute products to accounts based on the established criteria listed above. New accounts that remain engaged and continue to make consistent purchases will have increasing opportunities as allocation restrictions ease over time.
