We have firmware update for our EMIO Switch Pad UPC# 896557001610 (Vendor Part#00161).

As of March 2nd 2018, Nintendo released a firmware update for their Nintendo Switch. The update was designed to streamline social media functions for Facebook and Twitter account users, add new content and functionality to their Nintendo Store, and most importantly, change the controller drivers to allow their Switch Pro Controller grip colors to be displayed on the controllers menu.

The controller firmware update has rendered all third-party controllers inoperable and unrecognizable on the Nintendo Switch until the controller’s firmware is updated to allow it to communicate with the Switch console properly.

We have recently released a comprehensive firmware update for the EMIO Switch Pad to allow our controller to work with a Nintendo Switch with the latest firmware update installed.
