Vast has adopted the following allocation policy due to limited supply of amiibo from Nintendo. Allocations are based on the following criteria:

1. Overall Nintendo Support. Do you pre-order your new releases from Vast? Do you keep in stock a good portion of Nintendo's library of software, hardware, and accessories?
2. Frequency of Nintendo Re-orders. Do you re-order from Vast on a weekly. bi-weekly, or monthly basis?
3. YTD Sales Volume with Vast. Other than Nintendo, do you stock/support other products from Vast?
