Fire Emblem Heroes has received a new smart-device update tied to the release of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave for Nintendo Switch 2, adding related characters, log-in bonuses, quests, and other commemorative content. The free-to-start mobile title continues to offer strategic turn-based battles adapted for touch controls, with optional in-game purchases available.

The New Heroes summoning event features Entwined Hero Cai, Attuned Hero Theodora, Dietrich, and Leda as part of a 5★ summoning focus. The event runs from Sept. 8 at 12:00 a.m. PT through Oct. 6 at 11:59 p.m. PT, alongside a free summoning event that lets players choose one 5★ Hero and a Free 5★ Summon feature that can be used up to four times after 40 or more summons.

Dietrich and Leda also introduce the new Vista Hero type, which includes character-specific backgrounds that change after forming a Summoner Support bond. Each Vista Hero summon grants one Vignette, which can be assigned to another Hero to apply the same background and provide a stat increase. Fire Emblem Heroes requires a compatible smartphone, persistent internet connection, and Nintendo Account, with data charges potentially applying.
