Due to ongoing changes at Microsoft, and their strategy to consolidate it's distribution channels, all open preorders for Halo: Campaign Evolved have been cancelled. 

Any preorders currently open will be closed and no further action is required at this time from the customer side.

At this time we do not have any further information regarding Microsoft software, or where they can be purchased from.
